Francis is a passionate and experienced Real Estate Trainer with a proven track record of success. With over 20 years in the industry, Francis has a deep understanding of the real estate market and a commitment to empowering aspiring professionals.

Holding both ACTA and CEHA certifications, Francis has been instrumental in shaping the curriculum and delivering the Real Estate for Salespersons (RES) Course since its inception in 2011. Prior to that, Francis played a pivotal role in developing and delivering the transitional Common Exam for Salespersons (CES) course for over 1,200 Salespersons at Knight Frank Property Network.

Beyond academia, Francis has a wealth of practical experience as a Real Estate Salesperson since 1999. Specializing (but not limited to) in selling properties under construction and HDB, Francis brings a unique blend of theoretical knowledge and real-world expertise to his training sessions.

A former National Record Holder in the Triple Jump and a SEA Games medallist, Francis is a testament to dedication, perseverance, and achieving excellence. His experience in the sporting arena has taught him the importance of having a positive outlook and that nothing in life is impossible.

Beyond his athletic accomplishments, Francis is a devout Catholic family man who serves at his local Parish weekly and believes strongly in giving back to the community.

In Francis’s free time, he enjoys running, watching movies, and binge-watching re-runs of his favourite TV shows.
