Qualifications needed
To obtain a real estate licence or registration, individuals need to have the following qualfications.
- MIn 21 years old
- Singapore Citizen or Singapore PR
- Possess a minimum of 4 ‘O’ level passes or equivalent
- Attend & pass the RES Course (within the last 2 years)
